However, this Contract shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Subrecipient and GOSR, and their successors and assigns.

The Subrecipient and GOSR reserve their rights to all administrative, contractual, or legal remedies, including but not limited to suspension or termination of this contract, in instances where the Contractor or any of its subcontractors violate or breach any contract term.
