Google Sponsored Links Program or “GSLP” or “Services” means the program under which advertisements are provided to Customer and Its End-Users by Google, and displayed by Customer on Its Site according to the terms of this Agreement.

  • If selected on an Order Form, Google shall assist Customer with providing compensated linked advertisements through the Google Sponsored Links Program (“Sponsored Links”) as further described herein (“GSLP”), which shall be Implemented at the Site.

  • Google shall comply with the service levels set forth below (“Service Levels”) for the Google Sponsored Links Program provided to Customer under the Agreement.

  • Customer's license to Google shall be expressly limited to Google specifically referencing Customer as a customer only of the Google Sponsored Links Program and shall not include any reference that Customer utilizes any other Google product (including without limitation any Google search product) or any reference that is ambiguous enough to cause confusion as to whether Customer uses any other Google product other than pursuant to this Agreement.

  • If selected on an Order Form, Google shall provide compensated linked advertisements through the Google Sponsored Links Program (“Sponsored Links") as further set forth herein (“GSLP”), which shall be implemented at the uniform resource locator(s) (“URL(s)”) wholly owned and operated solely by Customer and identified on such Order Form (collectively, the “Site”).

  • Google will provide Customer the Google Sponsored Links Program, whereby Google shall provide the Google Sponsored Links to Customer and its End Users for display by or on behalf of Customer on Results Pages on the Site according to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems.   • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.
