Google Product definition

Google Product means any products, services and/ or technology (including any API) provided or being developed by or on behalf of Google and/ or any Google Group Company from time to time (including but not limited to the Google Search Service).
Google Product means any Standalone Product of Google.
Google Product means any Google services or products made available to Customer under a separate agreement.

  • Without prejudice to Google’s (or the relevant Google Group Company’s) rights and remedies under the terms applicable to any Google Product, Opera shall ensure that, within 60 days from the 2015 Renewal Date, its and its Group Companies’ use of any Google Product (including Google Play and YouTube) is and will thereafter remain in accordance with the terms that apply to that Google Product.

  • The Customer agrees that the Google Products are the copyrighted, proprietary, and confidential property of Google or its licensors and all right, title and interest in and to the Google Product including, but not limited to, all patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret and derivative rights are owned by, belong to and remain with Google or its licensors, and not the Customer.

Related to Google Product

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Nicotine product means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-10-101.
