Google Affiliate means any entity that directly or indirectly Controls, is Controlled by, or is under common Control with Google LLC, including (i) Alphabet, Inc.; (ii) any Affiliate of Alphabet, Inc.; (iii) companies spun-off from Google LLC or Alphabet, Inc. and any of their Affiliates; and (iv) any entities related to Google LLC or Alphabet, Inc. as a result of merger, acquisition or by operation of law.
