Goods Received Note definition

Goods Received Note means a temporary non-negotiable and non-transferable note issued by a Warehouse Operator for a maximum period of two days to a Depositor upon depositing commodity in the Warehouse, for the purpose of acknowledging the deposit until the issuance of the Electronic Warehouse Receipt to the Depositor;
Goods Received Note means GRN – Record at the point of receipt of goods received. This record confirms receipt of all goods delivered;

Examples of Goods Received Note in a sentence

  • If the Invoice does not match the DRC Purchase Order and DRC Goods Received Note, then the Invoice will be returned to the SUPPLIER for correcting and resubmitting.

  • If the Invoice matches the DRC Purchase Order and DRC Goods Received Note then the Invoice will be forwarded to the DRC Finance Office for payment.
