Good Units definition

Good Units means Products that are functioning properly in accordance with their specifications and manufactured, tested and packaged in accordance with the terms of this Agreement as defined in the latest official version of the Manufacturing File at the time when the Products were shipped of each product issued, revised and timely updated by Mobileye.

  • Subject to acceptance of Products and acceptance of official Proof Of Delivery, payment for Good Units received shall be in United States Dollars.

Related to Good Units

  • Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.

  • LLC Units has the meaning set forth in the LLC Agreement.

  • Company Units has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Unvested Units means any Executive Units which are not Vested Units.
