Good Units definition
Good Units means Products that are functioning properly in accordance with their specifications and manufactured, tested and packaged in accordance with the terms of this Agreement as defined in the latest official version of the Manufacturing File at the time when the Products were shipped of each product issued, revised and timely updated by Mobileye.
Examples of Good Units in a sentence
Subject to acceptance of Products and acceptance of official Proof Of Delivery, payment for Good Units received shall be in United States Dollars.
Unless specifically agreed in writing, all prices are for Good Units after test only as was defined in Mobileye’s last revision of the manufacturing file at the time when shipment made.
