Good Service definition

Good Service means trains are (i) running to time or up to 5 minutes late, or if not, then (ii) are running within PPM;

More Definitions of Good Service

Good Service means that the defendant received notice of the lawsuit within the appropriate timeframes. The defendant shall have at least seven (7) days notice to appear in court. If the order is not served to the defendant, then the plaintiff must apply to the clerk for a new order setting a new day for the appearance of the defendant.
