Good Electrical Practices definition

Good Electrical Practices means those practices, methods and acts engaged in or approved by a significant portion of the independent electric power generation industry during the relevant time period, or any of the practices, methods and acts which, in the exercise of reasonable judgment in light of the facts known at the time a decision is made, could have been expected to accomplish a desired result at reasonable cost consistent with good business practices, reliability, safety and expedition. Examples of Good Electrical Practices in a sentence

  • Subject to Section 10.02, Independence shall at all times operate the Facility in accordance with Good Electrical Practices.
