Golf Membership means an Equity Golf Membership, a Non-equity Golf Membership, a Corporate Golf Membership, a Cottage Golf Membership, or any of them.

Golf Membership means the class of Membership held by Golf Members which allows full access and use of County Club Facility in accordance with the Founding Documents. Unless the context expressly indicates otherwise, the term Golf Memberships includes both Transferable Golf Memberships and Non-Transferable Golf Memberships, as applicable. Golf Memberships were formerly known as “Class A Memberships” and/or “Full Golf Memberships”.

Golf Membership means a membership created by separate agreement with The Club that allows the member to use the Golf Course.

Examples of Golf Membership in a sentence

  • In the event Executive opts to terminate his Golf Membership, the refundable Membership Deposit shall be apportioned between the Bank and Executive with Executive’s share calculated at $3,100 per year for each year that has elapsed since 2002.

  • In the event of termination of Executive by the Bank prior to the end of 2009, Executive shall have the option of terminating his Golf Membership or continuing this Golf Membership.

  • In addition to any other remedies available to The Club, nonpayment may result in the Licensee’s expulsion from The Club’s Golf Membership.

  • Purchaser acknowledges that Sellers are not holding any Customer Deposits in connection with any of the Lifetime Golf Membership Contracts.

  • This Guaranty and the obligations hereunder are secured by the Membership Interest Security Agreement made and entered into as of June 13, 1997 by Guarantor and Callaway Golf ("Membership Interest Security Agreement") and the property described therein.
