In 1995 the City entered into a Golf Course Operation Agreement with Municipal Golf of Seattle (“MGS”), a Washington not-for-profit corporation, for MGS to manage and operate the Golf Courses through December 31, 2007.
Effective July 11, 2003, the City and MGS terminated the Golf Course Operation Agreement.
The City and MGS entered into a Golf Course Operation Agreement dated effective June 30, 1995 (the “Operation Agreement”), under which MGS agreed to operate the Jefferson Park, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park, West Seattle and various other City-owned golf courses and related facilities on behalf of the City (the “Facilities”).
The Foundation, at its sole cost and expense, shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials and services required to operate, manage and maintain the Premises as a public golf course on a year-round basis in accordance with the Golf Course Operation Responsibilities set forth in Exhibit “B”.
