Golf Course Complex definition

Golf Course Complex means collective reference to the Golf Course Facility and any other golf course and any improvements, structures and amenities constructed and operated by a Subsidiary of PRMA on the Golf Course Real Property or any other land owned or leased by such Subsidiary adjacent to or in the immediate vicinity of the Golf Course Real Property.

Examples of Golf Course Complex in a sentence

  • Letters of Credit shall be used and issued for the benefit of Borrowers for the general corporate purposes of Borrowers, or any of them, relating to the Hotel/Casino Facilities and/or the Golf Course Complex or any New Venture.

  • Other than: (i) between and amongst the Borrower Consolidation, (ii) in connection with Investments in a New Venture and/or New Venture Subsidiaries, or (iii) arrangements relating to the Golf Course Complex (in each case to the extent permitted under this Credit Agreement), no transactions shall be made with Affiliates or Subsidiaries other than arms length transactions for fair market value.
