Golden Brick Stage means the point at which a building within the Development has been constructed to the level of complete construction beyond foundation where the first reinforced concrete walls or columns are poured above the first section of ground floor reinforced concrete slab “Highway Agreement” means an agreement made pursuant to sections 38 and or 228 and or 278 of the Highway Act 1980 “Highway & Public Realm Phasing Plan” means a phasing plan showing the “Highway and Public Realm Works” the works shown on drawing number
