GOB Stores definition

GOB Stores means, individually or collectively as the context may require, the GOB Leased Stores and the GOB Owned Stores.
GOB Stores the Borrower's and the Subsidiary Guarantors' stores which are in the process of being liquidated and closed.
GOB Stores contained in Section 1.01 of the Purchase Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

Examples of GOB Stores in a sentence

  • Additionally, during the Sale Term Agent shall utilize register receipts in the Stores that are of a color that is different from the color utilized by Merchant in the Other GOB Stores and the Closed Stores.

  • The mix, character and quality of the Company’s Inventory (including inventory at the GOB Stores) shall be substantially similar to that in existence as of the Effective Date.

  • The Company shall have entered into the agreement with the Agent (the “Agency Agreement”) providing for the disposal of the GOB Assets through “store closing” or “going out of business” sales (the “GOB Sales”) to be conducted by the Agent at the GOB Stores, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit D.

  • Agent shall also clearly mark all Merchandise sold at the Stores during the Sale Term so as t▇ ▇▇stinguish such Merchandise from the Merchandise sold at Merchant's Other GOB Stores and the Closed Stores.

  • All assets of the Company located at the GOB Stores (the “GOB Assets”) as of the Closing Date.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, "Merchandise" shall not include: (A) Unsaleable Merchandise; (B) goods which belong to sublessees, licensees or concessionaires of Merchant; (C) goods held by Merchant on memo, on consignment, or as bailee; (D) all merchandise related to Merchant's "Valu-Bilt" product line; and (E) all merchandise at the Other GOB Stores.


More Definitions of GOB Stores

GOB Stores means those Retail Stores of the Company not designated as TWEC Stores by Buyer pursuant to Section 6.4.
GOB Stores shall have the meaning set forth in the Final Order Under 11 U.S.C. §§ 105, 327, 328, 363, 365 and 554 (I) Authorizing Debtors To Conduct Going-Out-Of-Business Sales And To Close Certain Stores, (II) Authorizing The Assumption Of Consulting Agreement With And Retention Of Consultant And (III) Granting Related Relief, dated April 5, 2007, as in effect on the date hereof.
GOB Stores means the Borrower's stores which are in the process of being liquidated and closed and set forth on Schedule IV.
GOB Stores means Sellers’ stores listed on Schedule 1.1(a), each of which is subject to the Agency Agreement.
