GNS means the company known as GNS II (U.S.) Corp. until it was renamed The Mosaic Company in connection with the Merger;

GNS means the delivery of banking documents via the GNS System by the Bank to the Customer’s email address(es) in accordance with the terms and conditions under this Agreement which the Customer may register by the Application.

  • The Client may sustain losses in excess of the Client's cash and any other assets deposited as collateral with GNS.

  • In addition to Part 2A of this Agreement, this Part 2B sets out the terms and conditions to which the Client shall be further subject upon the Client opening a margin Account with GNS in relation to Transactions carried out in connection therewith and the Client shall in this Part 2B be referred to as Margin Client.

  • GNS may act on such Instructions given orally, in writing or electronically which purport, and which GNS reasonably believes to come from the Client or the Client’s Authorized Person(s) or to have been given on behalf of the Client.

  • GNS will not be responsible for any losses that arise from the Client’s failures, delay or negligence to check such sources or facilities.
