GNMA Guidelines means the GNMA Mortgage-Backed Securities Guide, Handbook 5500.3, Rev. 1, as amended from time to time, and any related announcements, directives and correspondence issued by GNMA.

  • FNMA Guide The FNMA/▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae Selling Guide and the Servicing Guide, collectively, in effect on and after the Funding Date.

  • 2%/25% Guidelines has the meaning set forth in Section 13.

  • FNMA Guides The FNMA Sellers' Guide and the FNMA Servicers' Guide, and all amendments or additions thereto.
