GNI System definition

GNI System means the gas transmission system, comprising the transmission system referred to in Recital D and the capacity held by GNI in the GNI (UK) System as described in Clause 2.1(a), in respect of which GNI enters into transportation arrangements with shippers as described in Clause 2.1(c);

GNI System means the pipeline system operated by GNI or its Affiliate for the conveyance of Natural Gas to or from the Interconnection Point and all other pipelines comprising the Natural Gas transportation system operated by GNI or its Affiliate under the Code of Operations;

Examples of GNI System in a sentence

  • The GNI congestion management procedures for the GNI System are as set out in the GNI Code of Operations Part H (Operations) Section 2A and the NGG congestion management procedures for the NGG System are as set out in the Network Code.

  • The quantity of Natural Gas physically offtaken from the GNI System and delivered to the GNI (UK) System at the Interconnection Point shall be determined by the Interconnection Point Measurement Equipment.
