GNHWPCA definition

GNHWPCA means the Greater New Haven Water Pollution Control Authority established pursuant to the ordinance previously adopted by each of New Haven, East Haven, Hamden and Woodbridge, as revised by this Concurrent Ordinance.
GNHWPCA means the Greater New Haven Water Pollution Control Authority.
