GNF may act on such Instructions given orally, in writing or electronically which purport, and which GNF reasonably believes to come from the Client or the Client’s Authorized Person(s) or to have been given on behalf of the Client.
The Client further agrees that any amendments shall be deemed to be accepted by the Client, should GNF continue to effectuate any Transaction(s) in the Account without being expressly communicated with the Client’s objections to such amendments prior to the Transaction(s).
