GMP Facility Lease definition
GMP Facility Lease means that certain Lease dated October 2, 2018, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Lease dated December 23, 2019, as further amended by that certain Second Amendment to Lease dated March 13, 2020, and as further amended by that certain Third Amendment to Lease dated June 15, 2020, as further amended, for certain premises containing approximately 33,828 rentable square feet on the first (1st) floor located in the building known as Biopoint Innovation Labs located at ▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, which is included as an Acquired Contract and is being assigned to Buyer pursuant to the Lease Assignment and Assumption Agreement.
