GMNA EBIT-Adjusted is the same as the amount reported by General Motors Company in the Segment Reporting footnote of the Form 10-K filed with the Securities & Exchange Commission.
Upon filing of the Form 10-K, the computations and calculations reflected therein, including, without limitation, the GMNA EBIT-Adjusted as utilized in this Plan, shall be final and binding on the Company, Employees and any authorized Employee representative for the purposes of the Plan.
In all respects, the schedule provided by the Company shall be consistent with Section 2.06 of the Plan, GMNA EBIT- Adjusted.
