  • The CM’s preparation of the Initial GMCC Statement in accordance with the foregoing and within the time set forth above are material obligations of the CM under this Agreement.

  • Within ten (10) days after the CM’s completing its review of all Bids for all Bid Packages and the CM’s recommendation regarding the identity of the responsible bidder submitting the lowest priced Bid Proposal for each Bid Package, the CM shall prepare and deliver to the Owner’s Representatives a written statement setting forth the Final GMCC for the Project and the Final GCD for the Project for review and acceptance by the Owner.
