GM Target definition

GM Target means the minimum GM mutually agreed upon by the Parties from time to time. The GM Target shall initially be mutually agreed upon by the Parties at least six months prior to the anticipated date of Product Approval.

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in relation to each KPI;

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.
