GM Material definition
GM Material means any material developed by using a technology of genetic modification involving recombinant nucleic acid and/or other technologies (including cell fusions) that would lead to an organism defined-, and/or regulated as genetically modified or for which the regulatory status is not yet determined (including e.g. the so-called “New Breeding Technologies”).
