GM Contract definition

GM Contract means that certain Purchase Contract between Seller and General Motors LLC, effective June 17, 2010, and denoted contract number 2NCK0000.
GM Contract means the product supply agreement between Seller and the Delphi Harrxxxx Xxxision of General Motors located in Dayton, Ohio which requires Seller to supply approximately $400,000 of product through the end of 1997.
