GM CONTRACT definition
GM CONTRACT means the product supply agreement between Seller and the Delphi Harr▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ision of General Motors located in Dayton, Ohio which requires Seller to supply approximately $400,000 of product through the end of 1997.
GM CONTRACT means that certain Purchase Contract between Seller and General Motors LLC, effective June 17, 2010, and denoted contract number 2NCK0000.
