Global Tech s sole and exclusive remedy for the failure by Jiffy lube to meet the volume requirements of Exhibit E shall be to terminate the exclusivity provisions of this Section 5 a). If Jiffy Lube elects to purchase MotorCheck Equipment, such purchases shall be subject to Global Tech's standard purchase agreement which requires payment of 50% with the purchase order, 25% upon delivery and 25% upon installation.
