Global Share Plan definition

Global Share Plan means the global share incentive plan approved by the Board in November 2014 which was terminated in October 2022 (while the awards previously granted and outstanding and the evidencing original award agreements shall survive the termination of the Global Share Plan and remain effective until the expiration of their original terms, as may be amended from time to time).
Global Share Plan means the HellermannTyton Group PLC Global Share Plan;
Global Share Plan has the meaning set forth in the Series D Purchase Agreement.
