Global Processing definition

Global Processing means any information collection, storage or processing performed by Global or its contractors (i) which directly or indirectly supports the services or functions now or hereafter furnished to Mercury under the Agreement, (ii) using any Mercury Information, or (iii) in respect of any other information if performed on behalf of Mercury or in support of Mercury’s business, operations or services.

  • The Parties further agree that Pega shall not receive any royalties for product licenses for Adjustments/Express or All Transaction File granted to First Union Bank, PNC Bank, Banc One Services, or Global Processing Services (Bank Development Partners) or for any licenses granted prior to March 20, 2001 which are listed in Schedule B attached hereto.

  • Global shall maintain appropriate safeguards and controls and exercise due diligence to protect Mercury Information and Global Processing Resources against unauthorized access, use, and/or disclosure.

  • Each party shall ensure that its employees and contractors remain aware of industry standard security practices, and their respective responsibilities for protecting the Mercury Information and the Global Processing Resources.

  • Mercury shall maintain appropriate access control mechanisms to prevent all access to Global Processing Resources, except by Mercury personnel who have a “need to access” to perform a particular function in support of Global Processing.

  • In response to such events, Mercury shall take appropriate action to address and remediate identified vulnerabilities that could impact Global Information and Global Processing Resources.

Related to Global Processing

  • Data Processing shall have the same meaning as set out in the DPA.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Processing Plant means plant systems, located on or off the Leased Premises, that include a gas processing plant, natural gasoline plant, gasoline plant, or other plant where raw unprocessed natural gas is processed to remove or extract Raw Mix from the natural gas stream to produce a Pipeline- Quality Natural Gas or Residue Gas and other products, and the Raw Mix is then either (i) separated by fractionation down to its base components prior to storage and/or transport that meets or conforms to all applicable Gas Processors Association (GPA) Standards and/or Specifications for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product, or (ii) transported to another plant for separation down to its base components by fractionation prior to storage and/or transport for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product. Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.

  • processing aid means any substance not consumed as a food ingredient by itself, intentionally used in the processing of raw materials, foods or their ingredients, to fulfil a certain technological purpose during treatment or processing and which may result in the unintentional but technically unavoidable presence of residues of the substance or its derivatives in the final product, provided that these residues do not present any health risk and do not have any technological effect on the finished product;

  • Data Processing Agreement means the data processing agreement located at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/[countrycode]/legal/dpa, where “[countrycode]” means the two-letter abbreviation for the country where your Stripe Account is located.
