Global Partner Program definition

Global Partner Program means programs that Forward Networks may make available to resellers that establish Product certification requirements, discount levels, and other features that establish Forward Networks reseller and/or managed services provider status.
Global Partner Program means the collaborative framework designed by [COMPANY] to offer carrier grade Products/Solutions and Professional Services through a mutually beneficial Partner Program Relationship. The Global Partner Program needs to be distinguished from [COMPANY]’s Enterprise Partner Program aimed to resell enterprise products.
Global Partner Program means programs that Elisity may make available to resellers that establish Product certification requirements, discount levels, and other features that establish Elisity reseller status.

Examples of Global Partner Program in a sentence

  • Nokia shall have the right to use the Partner’s name, location, and corporate logo to refer to Partner as a company participating in Nokia’s Global Partner Program.

  • For each Product purchased by Reseller directly from Forward Networks, Reseller shall pay to Forward Networks the prices as set forth in the applicable Global Partner Program (Forward Networks list price less Global Partner Program discount(s)) or based on Forward Networks quote to Reseller.

  • As an initial component of the joint marketing plan and within 30 days of the Effective Date, the parties may issue a joint press release announcing that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has joined the Global Partner Program.

  • For each Product purchased by Reseller directly from Elisity, Reseller shall pay to Elisity the prices as set forth in the applicable Global Partner Program (Elisity list price less Global Partner Program discount(s)) or on the Elisity quote to Reseller.

  • Company is hereby granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right and license, during the period of this Agreement, to access the Partner Portal and to use the Information solely for the purpose of the Parties engaging in mutually beneficial discussions concerning a potential business relationship between the Parties related to the portfolio of solutions, products and services offered by Nokia through its Global Partner Program.
