• Whether or not the consulting portion of this Agreement is earlier terminated, ▇▇▇▇ shall have the right to require Global One to purchase (the "Sale Option") and Global One shall have the right to purchase (the "Purchase Option") the assets of Image 2000 (the "Assets") on the terms hereinafter set forth.

• Global One shall have no authority, express or implied, to enter into contracts on behalf of RSL.

• Parking Spaces at Terminals UP will provide parking spaces and spaces for empty chassis to APL at UP's Global One facility pursuant to the terms and conditions specified in Appendix 11.
