Global Netting Agreement definition
Global Netting Agreement means the Global Netting Agreement, dated as of February 16, 2012, by and between Purchaser and Seller, as same may be amended, modified and/or restated from time to time, and/or any replacement agreement.
Global Netting Agreement means an agreement (other than a Master Agreement) permitting the parties thereto to net amounts owed under transactions governed by different agreements;
