Examples of Global Mark in a sentence
All uses of any WOWS Global Mark shall inure solely to the benefit of WOWS Global.
Referral Partner shall discontinue any approved use of an WOWS Global Mark immediately upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, and thereafter shall not use any Mark which, in the reasonable judgment of WOWS Global, so nearly resembles any WOWS Global Mark that confusion or uncertainty by a third party may reasonably result therefrom.
The MO is entitled to seek reimbursement from GS1 AISBL of any reasonable legal costs borne by the MO for its defence of the Registered Global Mark, subject to the policy for refunding legal expenses agreed by the General Assembly and documented in the GS1 Operational Manual.
Client will use the SAI Global Mark in conf ormance with any trademark usage policies provided by SAI Global from time to time including affixing the symbol “™” or “®” to all SAI Global Marks as directed by SAI Global.
If Licensee is unable to use any Global Mark for any of the foregoing reasons, then Licensee will use one of [**] alternative Marks (which Marks will include trademarks and trade dress) selected by Akebia, or if such alternative Marks are unacceptable for the reasons set forth in the preceding sentence, then Licensee will use other Marks (including trademarks and trade dress) to be agreed upon by Licensee and Akebia (the “Local Marks”).
If SAI Global determines, in good f aith, that Client’s use of the SAI Global Mark tarnishes, blurs or dilutes the quality associated with the SAI Global Marks or associated goodwill, SAI Global shall notif y Client in writing of the same specifying the offending use and offering an alternative use that will allow Client to continue to use the SAI Global Mark without tarnishing, blurring or diluting the quality associated with the SAI Global Mark or associated goodwill.
Such use of the SAI Global Mark shall be in a manner consistent with this Agreement.
GS1 AISBL shall not abandon the registration of any Registered Global Mark in the Territory without having consulted with the MO about such ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ the event that GS1 AISBLabandons the registration of a Registered Global Mark in the Territory,and upon request of the MO,GS1 AISBL may authorise,exceptionally and on a case by case basis, the MO to register the abandoned (and thus non-registered) Global Mark in the Territory.
Such abandoned Global Mark shall then be considered for the purposes of this Agreement, and in particular Article 13, as a Local Mark.
