Global Link definition

Global Link or "GTS," respectively, or any confusingly similar names as part of the Sellers' corporate names. In connection therewith, Sellers will take such action as may be required to notify all the telephone companies and all listing agencies of the termination or expiration of Sellers' right to use any telephone number and any classified and other telephone directory listings associated with such Names and to authorize the transfer of the same to Purchaser (provided, that with respect to telephone numbers that Sellers have the right to use for the period specified in Section 6.5, Sellers shall not be required to take such action until after the expiration of such specified period).

  • For the avoidance of any doubt, Global Link shall pay Verizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Verizon Customer, and Global Link shall pay Verizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Global Link Customer.

  • During the term of this Agreement, Global Link shall adopt the Rate Center Area and Rate Center Points that the Commission has approved for Verizon within the LATA and Tandem serving area.

  • Verizon shall provide Global Link with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

  • Global Link shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

Related to Global Link

  • Global Securities means a Security or Securities, as the case may be, in the form established pursuant to Section 2.2 evidencing all or part of a Series of Securities, issued to the Depository for such Series or its nominee, and registered in the name of such Depository or nominee.

  • Global Securities Legend means the legend set forth under that caption in the applicable Exhibit to this Indenture.

  • Regulation S Permanent Global Security with respect to any series of Securities, means one or more permanent Global Securities bearing the Private Placement Legend, that will be issued in an aggregate amount of denominations equal in total to the outstanding principal amount of the Securities of such series initially sold or, if required by Rule 903 of Regulation S, of the Regulation S Temporary Global Security of such series upon expiration of the Distribution Compliance Period with respect to such series, as the case may be.

  • Global has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
