Global Legend definition
Global Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.06(g)(2) hereof, which is required to be placed on all Global Securities issued under this Indenture.
Global Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.04(g)(2) hereof, which is required to be placed on all Global Notes issued under this Supplemental Indenture.
Global Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.04(f)(2) hereof, which is required to be placed on all Global Notes issued under this Second Supplemental Indenture.
Examples of Global Legend in a sentence
Notes issued in global form shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto (including the Global Legend thereon and the “Schedule of Exchanges of Interests in the Global Note” attached thereto).
Notes issued in definitive form shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto (but without the Global Legend thereon and without the “Schedule of Exchanges of Interests in the Global Note” attached thereto).
