  • Prior to the initiation of any Action relating to this Agreement and subject to the obligations set forth in Section 2.7 and Section 5.1(b), any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby shall first be referred to the relevant Local Service Leads, Global Function Leads and TSA Managers (in the foregoing order), who shall attempt in good faith to resolve any such dispute, controversy or claim.
