Global Distribution Systems means the travel inventories provided by global distribution systems. Global Distribution Systems or “GDS” means a reservation distribution system (commonly referred to as a computerized reservation system), offered to subscribing travel agents and other non-airline entities that collects, stores, processes, displays and distributes information through computer terminals concerning, among other, air and other travel related products and services offered by multiple travel suppliers (including information about schedules, fares, rules or availability of multiple air carriers), and which provides subscribers with the ability to make reservations or otherwise confirm the use of, or make inquiries or obtain information in relation to travel services, and to issue tickets and air waybills.
