Global Demand definition

Global Demand means Akebia’s, and its Affiliates and licensee’s, global needs for Product [**].

  • In the event that Manufactured Product, after having been investigated using the methods detailed herein, fails to comply with the Warranty in more than [**], Akebia’s obligations under Section 4.5 to purchase [**] of its Global Demand from STA shall be reduced to [**] and Akebia shall be entitled to take the necessary steps to secure its supply chain of Product as a result.
