Global Assets definition

Global Assets means any assets (i) for which the principal trading market is located outside of the United States, (ii) for which presentment for payment is to be made outside of the United States, (iii) which are acquired outside of the United States, or (iv) which are held as an incident to the Trust's investments in other Global Assets.
Global Assets means assets in the Central Fund, assets in the New Central Fund, and funds and property of the Society put in trust, charged, appropriated, set aside or made available, conditionally or otherwise, pursuant to a resolution of the Council, in respect of members to enable them to pass an annual solvency test;
Global Assets means all or substantially all of the assets and subscribers of Global, as further described in the Contribution Agreement.

All the Liquid Investments described in clauses (a) through (d) above shall have maturities of not more than 365 days from the date of issue.

  • Liquid Assets mean Borrower's cash on hand plus Borrower's readily marketable securities.
