Global Accounts definition

Global Accounts means the ‘Management Information Pack - August 2017’ (included in the Global Data Room with reference 02.02.26) together with the following accounts for the period ending on 31 December 2016:

Examples of Global Accounts in a sentence

  • You may not assign,transfer or novate the Global Accounts to a third party or otherwise grant any third party a legal or equitable interest over it unless a court or competent regulatory body requires You to, in which case TransferMate shall use all commercially reasonable endeavours to assist You in executing such assignment, transfer, novation or grant.

  • You acknowledge that You accept any risks related to holding balances in multiple currencies noting specifically that exchange rates may fluctuate, and that any decisions on the use of the Global Accounts as means of hedging against currency risk is a matter for You.

  • TransferMate reserves the right to refuse to open a Global Account with Bank Details for You, notwithstanding that You may hold funds in a Global Account, and further may limit the number of Global Accounts You hold at any time.

  • During such period, AMD shall have no guaranteed allocation and FASL may freely appoint additional distributors in the AMD Territory and the Joint Territory, and with respect to Global Accounts, AMD Accounts, AMD Affiliates and AMD PRC Customers, unless otherwise restricted pursuant to the terms of the Fujitsu Distribution Agreement.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, FASL grants to AMD the right to market, sell and otherwise distribute Products during the Term (a) in the AMD Territory and in the Joint Territory, (b) to AMD Affiliates, AMD Accounts and Global Accounts wherever located and (c) to AMD PRC Customers in the PRC.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Spansion grants to Fujitsu the right to market, sell and otherwise distribute Products during the Term (a) in the Fujitsu Territory and in the Joint Territory, (b) to Fujitsu Affiliates, Fujitsu Accounts and Global Accounts wherever located and (c) to Fujitsu PRC Customers in the PRC.

  • During such period, Fujitsu shall have no guaranteed allocation and Spansion may freely appoint additional distributors in the Fujitsu Territory and the Joint Territory, and with respect to Global Accounts, Fujitsu Accounts, Fujitsu Affiliates and Fujitsu PRC Customers.

  • The Warrantor shall not be liable under or in connection with a Tax Claim to the extent that a provision or reserve in respect of the Tax Liability otherwise giving rise to the Tax Claim was specifically included in the Global Accounts.

  • The CAD Collection Service enables users to fund their Global Accounts by receiving CAD.

  • The GBP Collection Service enables users to fund their Global Accounts by receiving GBP.
