Global Access Program definition

Global Access Program means a program intended to make therapeutic, prophylactic, or diagnostic products available to a developing geographic area or neglected patient population outside of the Major Markets and China, at a reasonable cost for such area or population.
Global Access Program means a program through which COMPANY provides Licensed Products to government agencies, not-for-profit non- governmental organizations, physicians, pharmacies or patients in identified countries at reduced costs. The countries are identified on Appendix C hereto, which Exhibit may be amended from time to time by the Parties.
