Glip definition

Glip means the business messaging, presence, video conferencing, task management, notes, calendars, file sharing, and product integrations (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, Asana, JIIRA and Evernote), together referred to as Glip or Glip Services.
Glip has the meaning set forth in the preamble to these Glip TOS.

  • Each Grantor will, at its own expense, maintain insurance (including, without limitation, commercial general liability and property insurance) with respect to the Equipment and Inventory in such amounts, against such risks, in such form and with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations as is required by any governmental authority having jurisdiction with respect thereto or as is prudent for similarly situated companies.

  • When enabled, the HS will delete the following every thirty (30) days for RingCentral Glip Services: chat content, time and date of message, text messages, tasks, notes, files, images, links, events, call activities, and/or posts from third party integrated applications.

  • These terms may have different meanings when not applied to Glip.

  • In addition, the activation of the HS may disable the attachment of voicemail and facsimile/internet facsimile messages to message notification emails sent using the RingCentral Office or RingCentral Glip Services.

  • RingCentral has created a “HIPAA Setting” (“HS”) that Customer has the ability to enable for the RingCentral Office and RingCentral Glip Services (but not for Contact Center Customer Accounts).

  • RingCentral uses Customer Contact Data to enable the Glip Services to function properly, to complete exchanges of information between End User of Glip, to administer customer’s account, to improve the Plan Services and to detect and prevent fraud.
