GLG LP or its delegates may waive or rebate to an individual Portfolio a portion or all of what it receives from the Administration Fee for its provision of the Administrative Support Services.
GLG LP or its delegates or the relevant Investment Manager may also choose to reimburse the Company for all or part of the Administration Costs and/or all or part of the Other Expenses incurred by a Portfolio.
The Manager will be responsible for reimbursing the Administrator and GLG LP for these expenses.
