In the event GKF determines that the Equipment can be repaired, GKF shall cause the Equipment to be repaired as soon as reasonably possible thereafter.
All Equipment shall remain personal property (even though said Equipment may hereafter become attached or affixed to real property) and the title thereto shall at all times remain exclusively in GKF.
The rights afforded GKF hereunder shall not be deemed to be exclusive, but shall be in addition to any other rights or remedies provided by law.
