Except as expressly authorized under the Agreement, Givex will not access, collect, use, store or transmit any Merchant Information and will not Aggregate Merchant Information, even if Anonymized.
Givex will cooperate and provide Merchant with reasonable required information within a reasonable time frame but no more than twenty (20) days from the date of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s request.
