Extra does not guarantee that it will always have an active Giveaway or other means to redeem Extra Tokens.
The Giveaway Entities and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates (including but not limited to Medifast, Inc.), advertising and promotional agencies, all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system or loss of data resulting from access to or the download of information or materials connected with the Giveaway.
Entrants understand that the Giveaway Entities do not make any representations or warranties regarding the reliability, timeliness, availability, and/or performance of any elements of this Giveaway.

SINA shall have the right to adjust the List Prices of Fixed Location Giveaway Advertising Inventory and Commercial Giveaway Advertising Inventory according to its uniform price policy and giveaway policy of Advertising Inventory from time to time.
The App will include information on how many Extra Points or Extra Tokens are needed to redeem a Reward or enter a Giveaway, instructions on how to redeem Extra Points for the Reward, or Extra Tokens for a Giveaway entry, as well as any applicable terms and conditions regarding the use of the Reward.
Rewards or prizes obtained through Giveaways may not be returned or exchanged for any other Rewards, Giveaway prizes, Extra Tokens, Extra Points, gift cards, cash, or any cash equivalent.
All eligible entries received during the Giveaway Entry Period will be considered.
The Self-Selected Giveaway Inventory in an Agency Period shall have a total List Price equal to the balance of total List Price of Fixed Location Giveaway Advertising Inventory less the total List Price of Holiday Giveaway Inventory, and further less the total List Price of Designated Giveaway Inventory, each in such Agency Period.
The Designated Giveaway Inventory in an Agency Period shall have a total List Price equal to the product of the total List Price of Fixed Location Giveaway Advertising Inventory of such Agency Period multiplied by sixty percent (60%).
