Additionally, GTE may offer to PRTC and its Affiliates certain other Technology under the same terms and conditions as such Technology becomes available to GTE or GITI.
It is expressly understood that GTE shall, at the request of PRTC, make available for sale to PRTC and its Affiliates such additional technology and systems that PRTC deems necessary to accomplish the objectives set forth in this Agreement and that GTE or GITI, if necessary, by license or assignment to GTE from GITI, is capable of providing subject to the provisions of the Shareholders Agreement.
