GIR definition

GIR or “GloBE information return” means a return under section 50, or an equivalent return made in a jurisdiction outside Singapore for the purpose of a qualified IIR;
GIR means, in respect of a Transferring Policy, the guaranteed interest rate applicable in respect of that Transferring Policy;
GIR means Grupo Industrial ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇.▇., a Mexican corporation, and any successor thereto.
