Gifting Partner definition
Gifting Partner means any Limited Partner or Economic Interest Owner who gifts, bequeaths or otherwise transfers for no consideration (by operation of law or otherwise, except with respect to bankruptcy) all or any part of its Interest or Economic Interest.
