Examples of GIEP in a sentence

  • If you answer “Yes” to G/IEP or 504 Service Agreement, then please also complete and attach a detailed Child Information Form (available from the DRE).

  • Teachers must receive pre-approval for scoring and writing test results, and other tasks related to writing test results, and other tasks related to writing and developing IEPs and GIEPs. Teachers must document the production of the IEP and GIEP drafts to receive PED compensation.

  • S5.1 The Distributor will, as soon as reasonably practicable but no later than the periods specified in paragraphs (a) and (b) below after first becoming aware of a Network Emergency or an Unplanned Service Interruption affecting 20 or more consumers, communicate to the Retailer by electronic file transfer in accordance with the relevant GIEP (if practicable and agreed), otherwise by email, relevant information that enables the Retailer to respond in an informed manner to calls from affected Consumers.

  • Unless this agreement requires the parties to comply with one or more GIEPs when exchanging information, the Distributor and Retailer agree that they will use reasonable endeavours to comply with the GIEPs listed in schedule 3 when exchanging information, provided that the frequency at which, and method by which, the parties will exchange information is such that compliance with the GIEP is cost-effective for both parties.

  • Unless this Agreement requires the Parties to comply with one or more GIEPs when exchanging information, the Distributor and Retailer agree that they will use reasonable endeavours to comply with any relevant GIEPs when exchanging information, provided that the frequency at which, and method by which, the Parties will exchange information is such that compliance with the GIEP is cost-effective for both Parties.
