Examples of GI Manager in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, no Director or officer of the Partnership who is employed with, a member or partner of or a consultant to TCP, GI Manager, any Person that is an Affiliate of TCP or GI Manager, or any other Person as the Board may hereafter designate as being covered by the terms of this sentence (in each case, other than the Partnership or any of its Subsidiaries) shall have any duty or obligation to bring any “corporate opportunity” to the Partnership.
