RFG shall have delivered copies of documentation, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Purchaser, evidencing the termination of the Contracts or arrangements set forth on Schedule 7.3(k), including but not limited to the guarantees executed by GHCA of the obligations of LIG Partners, LLC owed to Umpqua Bank, the Lines of Credit, and any notes payable to any Related Persons, and the release and waiver by any parties thereto of any and all claims that any of them may have under such agreements.
To implement the Temporary Suspension of the Project elements authorized and required by Sections I.A(8) and I.B(13) of the AGREEMENT, as described above in Section II of this THIRD AMENDMENT, the Commission and GHCA agree to the following amendments to the AGREEMENT.
